Instructional DVDs

Due to constant demand we have produced Instructional DVDs for the Master Huang Five Relaxing Exercises and the 37 Posture Short Form. They are designed to be used as reference material for existing students of the Huang system as well as providing an introduction to those interested in experiencing this method of Taiji. We want to clearly emphasize that although these DVDs can provide a fantastic source of detailed information, they can never replace the understanding achieved and sensitivity experienced through personal interaction with a good teacher.
