The Taiji Class DVD

This DVD has been produced with the intention of simulating a regular Taiji Class.
Its suitable for both beginners and existing students of the Master Huang Taiji system.

To help inspire one's own individual practice, the Five Relaxing Exercises and the 37 Posture Short Form are demonstrated with guided instruction. Tuishou, an essential element of Taiji, is also introduced with a display of a variety of Fixed Push Hands Patterns.
