The items are sent via Czech Post. The cost of sending is dependent on your location, the weight of your package, and the Shipping Class.
We aim to keep the delivery cost as low as possible while providing the safest most efficient service.
The postage is split into three zones;
- Czech Republic
- Europe
- Worldwide
To find out the delivery cost of a particular item or items, simply add them to your Shopping Cart, and “Calculate the Shipping” through our shipping calculator and it will instantly calculate the delivery cost.
Czech Post
– Items are sent via padded envelopes and boxes.
– All items are sent by Ordinary Mail.
– Prices are dependent on the size of the order.
– We dispatch orders within 2 working days, very often the same day.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are from the the time of dispatch in the Czech Republic;
– Czech Republic – 1 to 2 working days
– Europe – 2 to 5 working days
– Worldwide – 4 to 10 working days
If you have not received your order within the estimated times, then please contact us and we will track the dispatch and update you with the estimated date of arrival. Please note that delivery times are dependent on individual postal services and are therefore not guaranteed.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, then please contact us.
Shipping Classes
We have two Classes of Shipping;
– Single – A Single DVD ( A Case with one Disc)
– Double – A Double DVD set (A case with two Discs)
The calculation of the Shipping takes into account the differences in weight between the Single and Double weight Classes.
Prices
The price for the Czech Republic is calculated as follows;
To Czech Republic;
- €0.65 per item
- example 2 x DVDs = €1.30 Shipping Charge
The price for Europe is calculated as follows;
To Europe;
- Cost per order = €1.40 +
- €0.55 per item for Single Class order and/or
- €0.85 per item for Double Class order
- example 2 x Single DVDs = €1.40 + 2 x €0.55 (€1.10) = €2.50 Shipping Charge
The price for Worldwide is calculated as follows
Worldwide;
- Cost per order = €1.75 +
- 7% of the Total Order
- example 2 x Single DVDs (€15 each) = €1.75 + 7% of €30 (€2.10) = €3.85 Shipping Charge
