On the mornings of the 14-15th of June, Paul will be giving a Partner Work Workshop in Bratislava, Slovakia.
This workshop is open to everyone, from complete beginners to advanced students. All we ask is for you to come with an open attitude.
We will attempt to learn Various Partner Work to;
- Develop skills that will keep you healthy
- Increase your body awareness
- Explore how you function under stress
- Learn practical, healthy ways to overcome adversity
- Discover self confidence
When: 9.00-11.30, Saturday and Sunday 14-15th June
Price: 30 euro, or 20 euro for one day.
